The auction has ended - now what?
When the auction ends, if you are the winning bidder, you will receive an email letting you know the total amount owing and how to make payment. All payments are requested within three (3) business days. Upon receipt of your payment we will ship your item to you.

What are the accepted methods of payment?
We can only accept payment through PayPal, money order, certified check, or cash. All payments must be negotiable in Canada. We can not accept payment with a credit card over the telephone. All credit card payments must be made through PayPal. All payments must be made in US or Canadian dollars.

Are there any additional costs for my item besides my high-bid amount?
Total amount of payment required is your high bid amount + shipping. The amount due for shipping is in the item's description.

Who do I make my money order payable to and where do I send it?

Will you ship an item to my destination and who pays for shipping?
All shipping & handling charges are the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Please see item description for shipping cost. We will ship to Canadian, U.S., and International locations. Customs and duty charges may be applicable to orders shipped outside Canada and are the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer. All items must be shipped to the winner. The method of shipping is at the sole discretion of the seller and will be based on shipping address and item requirements.

Can I pick-up the auction item I won?
Yes we offer local pick-up in Toronto at the auction management company's office located in North York at York Mills and Leslie. The address is above. You must make an appointment for pick-up and receive confirmation of your time before coming to the office. Our regular pick-up hours are 9:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

What is your exchange & return policy?
Due to the nature of this auction, this item is sold 'AS IS'. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds.

Is my purchase tax deductible and will I receive a tax receipt?
Please consult with your tax specialist. Our policy is: while the net proceeds from the sale of this item are going to a registered charity, the winning bidder is not eligible for a tax receipt. The winning bidder is "buying an item", rather than making a donation, and therefore the Canadian Liver Foundation will not be providing a tax receipt.

What happens if my item doesn't arrive within 21 days from when I paid for it?
If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with AuctionJAM Inc., the auction management company, within 21 business days from the day you made payment. The seller will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items or vandalized packages if the customer does not contact AuctionJAM Inc. within the specified time frame. Simply send AuctionJAM an email through the "contact seller" link on eBay.

Can you tell me more about this charity fundraiser and the Canadian Liver Foundation?
All net proceeds from the sale of this auction item are going to support the Canadian Liver Foundaiton. Founded in 1969 by a group of doctors and business leaders concerned about the increasing incidence of liver disease, the Canadian Liver Foundation (CLF) was the first organization in the world devoted to providing support for research and education into the causes, diagnoses, prevention and treatment of all liver disease. Throughout the Foundation's 35+ years, we have served as a model for similar organizations around the world.

Today, our focus remains virtually unchanged from those early days. Our mandate is to promote liver health and to reduce the incidence and impact of all liver disease. To achieve this goal, we work through our volunteer chapters across the country to improve public awareness and understanding of liver health and liver disease, raise funds for research and reach out to liver disease patients and their families.
