The auction has ended - now what?
When the auction ends, if you are the winning bidder, you will receive an email letting you know the total amount owing and how to make payment. All payments are to be made within three (3) business days. Upon receipt of your payment we will ship your item to you.

What are the accepted methods of payment?
We can only accept payment through PayPal or by money order, certified cheque or cash. All payments must be negotiable in Canada. We cannot accept payment with a credit card over the telephone or at time of pick-up. All credit card payments must be made through PayPal. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, or CDN dollar equivalent as determined by AuctionJAM. We do not accept debit.

Are there any additional costs for my item besides my high-bid amount?
Total amount of payment required is your high bid amount + shipping + applicable taxes, unless you are picking up your item. The amount due for shipping is in the item's description. There is no shipping or handling fee for pick-ups.

Who do I make my money order payable to and where do I send it?

Will you ship an item to my destination and who pays for shipping?
All shipping & handling charges are the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Please see item description for shipping cost. We will ship to Canadian, U.S., and International locations. Customs and duty charges may be applicable to orders shipped outside Canada and are the sole responsibility of the bidder/buyer. All items must be shipped to the winner/buyer unless a pick-up appointment is arranged between the buyer and AuctionJAM. The method of shipping is at the sole discretion of AuctionJAM and will be based on shipping address and item requirements.

Can I pick-up the auction item I won?
Yes we offer local pick-up in Toronto at the AuctionJAM office located in North York at York Mills and Leslie. The address is:

What is your exchange & return policy?
Due to the nature of this auction, this item is sold 'AS IS' . There are no exchanges, returns or refunds.

Is my purchase tax deductible and will I receive a tax receipt?
Please consult with your tax specialist. Children's Miracle Network policy is: while the net proceeds from the sale of this item are going to a registered charity, the winning bidder is not eligible for a tax receipt. The winning bidder is "buying an item", rather than making a donation, and therefore Children's Miracle Network will not be providing a tax receipt.

What happens if my item doesn't arrive within 21 days from when I bought it?
If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with AuctionJAM within 21 business days from the end-of-auction. AuctionJAM and the seller will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items or vandalized packages if the customer does not contact AuctionJAM within the specified time frame. Simply send AuctionJAM an email through the "contact seller" link on eBay.
