Shawn Ashmore

Perhaps best known for his portrayal of Bobby Drake a.k.a. Iceman in the blockbuster hit X2: X-Men United, Shawn's acting career has spanned more than a decade. Since filming “X2: X-Men United,” Shawn has been busy with several projects including the feature film “3 Needles” starring along side Stockard Channing, Lucy Liu, Sandra Oh, Chloe Sevigny and Olympia Dukakis. He can also be seen in the upcoming film “The Quiet,” a dramatic thriller, starring opposite Edie Falco, Elisha Cuthbert and Camilla Belle. Shawn's career took off in 1994 when he was nominated for a Gemini Award for his work in the starring role of the TV movie “Guitarman.” Shawn is reprising his role as "Iceman" in X3, which just finished filming in Vancouver.
